The company was founded by Denia Buildings SLU, which is part of the Spanish holding YAIZA TRUST. "DB Bulgaria" is registered in Bulgaria and does work on large investment projects in the country, as well as construction projects on the coast of the Black Sea and projects for spa and mountain resorts in the capital city of Sofia.
The holding first stepped on the Bulgarian market in 2006 and currently has the capability to develop a total built-up area of 200000 m2 in mountain and sea zones with a high level of business potential. The total investments which has been made so far amounts to over 11 million Euro.
The company has started its first project in Bulgaria – «Malaga Sol». It is located in a clean and calm part of the city of Byala, situated ideally in close proximity to the beach, the centre of the city, as well as the shops. The picturesque sea resort of Byala is situated in the central part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and offers excellent conditions for sea tourism.
